User Agreement
The text of the User Agreement below (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is addressed to an undefined number of individuals, visitors to the website: evatech.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), during their use, ordering, correspondence, telephone conversations, leaving feedback, etc. on the EVAtech website. This Agreement is a public offer in the understanding of the current legislation of Ukraine. Any actions taken by individuals (hereinafter referred to as "User" / "Buyer", and in the plural "Users" / "Buyers"), aimed at using the EVAtech site are considered as unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of all the terms of this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement, the User acknowledges that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and concluding the Agreement under the terms set forth in this Agreement. If any part of this User Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. If you, as a User, do not agree with this User Agreement, you should not use the EVAtech website. Please periodically review this Agreement, as changes to the Agreement imply your acceptance of them from the moment such changes are made. By accepting this Agreement, the User consents to the processing and protection of their personal data, in the amount, manner, and for the purpose and objectives of processing in accordance with the Regulation on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation" and/or "Regulation on the processing and protection of personal data"). We value the User's right to privacy and non-disclosure of their personal information. This User Agreement is a rule followed by all Users of our service and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the site, when ordering, corresponding, in telephone conversations, in any other communication during which data/information is exchanged. Media and Communication By using the site, the User consents to receiving calls regarding order verification, evaluation of order fulfillment, receiving messages via email, in messengers, including but not limited to Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, by phone, receiving push notifications on the phone, including regarding service quality; receiving marketing newsletters, information letters, and questionnaires for evaluating the quality of services provided, conducting analytical research. The User also has the right to publish a review of the received product.
Prices and Product Availability The description of products listed on the site, including the prices indicated on the site and information about the availability of products, may change. The total order amount may change depending on the price, quantity, and assortment of products available to the seller on the shipping date. The final cost of the product is indicated in the accounting and/or shipping documents provided to the buyer (or their representative) when receiving the order. In case of product unavailability, the seller may unilaterally cancel the order.
Providing a Warranty Card If the product has a warranty, the warranty card for such a product will be provided to the User in electronic form and sent to the email address provided by the User. By clicking the "Confirm Order" button, the User consents to the sending of the warranty card to the email address provided by them when creating the Personal Account (the address specified in the Personal Account in the "Contacts" section). If the User did not provide an email address when creating the Personal Account, the warranty card will be provided to them in paper form. If the User does not agree to receive the warranty card in electronic form, they need to uncheck the "I agree not to print paper documents unless required by law" checkbox at checkout. In this case, the warranty card will be provided to the User in paper form. The User must inform the seller of their desire to receive the warranty card in paper form before placing the Order (clicking the "Confirm Order" button).
