Privacy Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data

1. General Provisions: This personal data processing policy is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" (Official Bulletin of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (VVR), 2010, No. 34, Article 481).
2. 1.1. The Operator's primary goal and condition for conducting its activities is to ensure the protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
3. 1.2. This Operator’s Policy regarding personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information the Operator may receive about visitors to the website http://evatech.com.ua/.
4. Key Terms Used in the Policy:
5. 2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computing technology;
6. 2.2. Blocking personal data – temporary cessation of personal data processing (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
7. 2.3. Website – a collection of graphical and informational materials, as well as software and databases, providing access to them on the Internet at the network address http://evatech.com.ua/;
8. 2.4. Personal Data Information System – a set of personal data contained in databases and ensuring their processing using information technology and technical means;
9. 2.5. Anonymization of personal data – actions that make it impossible to determine the ownership of personal data by a specific User or other subject of personal data without additional information;
10. 2.6. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, usage, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
11. 2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal or natural person that, independently or together with other persons, organizes and (or) processes personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, the actions (operations) performed with personal data;
12. 2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website http://evatech.com.ua/;
13. 2.9. User – any visitor to the website http://evatech.com.ua/;
14. 2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of people;
15. 2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an undefined group of people (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited number of people with personal data, including the publication of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way;
16. 2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, a foreign natural or legal person;
17. 2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irrevocable destruction of personal data, with the inability to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) the destruction of material carriers of personal data.
18. The Operator may process the following User personal data:

20. 3.1. The website also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) using internet statistics services (Google Analytics and others).
21. 3.2. Data mentioned in this Policy is collectively referred to as Personal Data.
22. Purpose, Scope, Grounds, and Terms of Personal Data Processing:
23. 4.1. The purpose of personal data processing is:

• Ensuring the implementation of civil, economic, and tax relations, performing the functions, powers, and responsibilities assigned to the Company under the current legislation of Ukraine;
• Identifying the client as a User of the Online Store, communicating with the User, including providing services, processing payments, shipping, performing accounting operations, providing reporting, conducting accounting and management accounting, creating and implementing bonus programs, loyalty programs, sending mailings by mail, email, phone, including for the purpose of sending commercial offers, notifications of promotions and news of the Online Store, and/or providing financial services to Users of the Online Store (provided by third parties and/or partners of the Company), to improve the quality of goods/services, forming product ratings and offers in the Online Store, analyzing User activity, performing keyword searches, managing traffic on the Online Store, analyzing and predicting User preferences, forming the most relevant and beneficial personal offers or promotional offers; conducting scientific research and analysis, sending informational and marketing mailings (news, company promotions, information about promotions, promo codes, and discounts, personal recommendations, personal discounts, and offers), containing information about goods and/or services, advertising and commercial offers regarding such goods and/or services, etc.;
• Sending mailings, commercial offers, notifications about promotions, loyalty programs, bonus programs, and/or notifications regarding the functioning of the Online Store by mail, email, phone, sending informational messages, and notifications. The User can opt out of receiving informational and marketing mailings at any time through the corresponding settings on the Website;
• Fulfilling other obligations imposed by law on the Owner of personal data, protecting the legitimate interests of the owner of personal data or third parties to whom personal data is transferred.

1. 4.2. The basis for processing personal data of Users of the Online platform is the User’s consent to the processing of their personal data, expressed by using the Online platform.
2. 4.3. The Company does not process data related to racial or national origin, political opinions, religious and other beliefs, or membership in public organizations. Information characterizing the physiological features of Users, based on which their identity can be established, is also not processed.
3. 4.4. The processing of personal data of the User is carried out without a time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools. The terms for processing and storing Data are determined based on the purposes of processing Data, as well as based on the conditions specified in agreements concluded with Users in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine. Personal data is processed and stored as long as necessary to achieve the purpose of processing specified in clause 3.1 of this Regulation. At the same time, the User has the right to request the cessation of processing and storage of their personal data or to delete their data from the User's personal account. Deleting a User's account or submitting a request to cease processing and storing the User's personal data is grounds for the immediate cessation of processing and storing such Data by the Owner of personal data, followed by their deletion.
4. 4.5. Users can change/delete their personal information or opt out of receiving newsletters at any time, or withdraw their consent to Data processing. This can be done in their Personal Account or by sending a message to info@evatech.com.ua with "Personal Data" in the subject line. Deleting an account (account) at the User's initiative is carried out in the manner specified in the User Agreement.
5. 4.5. If there is no activity in the User's account for a period exceeding 5 (five) years, the Company reserves the right to delete the User's account, including all personal data stored in the account, which means that the User will no longer be able to access and use it. The procedure for deleting the User's personal data from the Company's internal databases is regulated by the Company's internal policies.

7. Protection of Personal Data:
8. 5.1. The owner of personal data is equipped with system and software-technical means and communication tools that prevent loss, theft, unauthorized destruction, distortion, forgery, copying of information and comply with international and national standards.
9. 5.2. Employees/authorized persons directly processing and/or having access to personal data in connection with their official (labor) duties are required to comply with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of personal data protection and internal documents regarding the processing and protection of personal data.
10. 5.3. Employees/authorized persons who have access to personal data, including those who process them, are required not to disclose in any way personal data that has been entrusted to them or has become known to them in connection with the performance of professional or official or labor duties. This obligation is valid after they cease activities related to personal data, except as provided by law.
11. 5.4. Personal data should not be stored longer than necessary for the purpose for which such data is stored, but in any case, no longer than the storage period specified in this Regulation with the User's consent.

The data owner has developed and implemented internal rules for working with personal data, including the procedure for deleting a number of data after deleting the User's personal account, the levels of access of the Company's internal employees to User data, the secure procedure for exchanging such data within
