Rules and terms of delivery abroad

How does it work?

Send us a message

Write to us in any messenger that is convenient for you or by mail with information about the order. If you need floor mats, please prepare information about the car: make, model, year of manufacture and VIN number.

We place the order

The manager calculates the cost of delivery and the amount of VAT. We send a link to the payment, which indicates the cost of the product and delivery. After payment, we send the order to work.

You receive the TTN of the parcel

On the day of dispatch, you will receive the TTN number of the parcel. Before receiving the goods, you will receive a letter by e-mail about the payment of VAT in your country, pay.

You receive the goods

Before the visit, the courier will call you and agree on the time and date of delivery.
You receive the goods - enjoy the operation.

For your attention

The cost of the order
The cost of the order should not exceed EUR 150.
Payment of VAT
Each country has its own VAT on goods imported from abroad, which the recipient pays when/before receiving the goods in their country.
Bulk order weight
In the case when the package exceeds more than 30 kg of volumetric weight (for example, 3 trunks; 2 complete sets: interior + trunk), we recommend ordering separate shipments so that the delivery rate does not exceed the expected cost. Accordingly, you will receive two payment links, two separate letters for VAT payment. Orders will be shipped separately on different days.
Packing the parcel
Parcels are sent in cardboard boxes or in branded packaging.
What is included in the order rate
The tariff includes the cost of transportation, reception and delivery of the shipment to the customer's address (address pickup, address delivery), excluding the cost of customs payments.
